Navigate to https://V4.FreightTrain.com using one of the supported browsers; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

After the login page loads, click on the Forget your password? link.

On the next page, enter your user name and email address. Your username is your first initial + full last name.

In the received email, click the link provided. Once the page loads, enter your new password and click the Log In button.
