FitUp Quick Guide

Welcome to FitUp! Below is a quick guide to help get you started using our software application.

Accessing FitUp

FreightTrain can be accessed from one of the following web browsers; Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
Enter the address into your URL: https://v4.freighttrain.com
If this is your first time using FitUp, you should receive an email with your login credentials and/or a link to set up your account. Follow those instructions to set up your account.

1. Enter your Username and Password in the displayed fields.
2. Select Log In to start using FitUp.



3. Select the Log In with SSO Account, if your company is utilizing the Single Sign-On (SSO) to login to FitUp.
4. Select your company from the dropdown list and click Continue to SSO.
5. Enter your companies SSO login credentials and you will be brought back to FitUp.




FitUp Dashboard/Home Page

The FitUp Dashboard shows the progress of the project at a glance. Here you will find graphs showing progress of products, issues, room readiness, and delivery requests.
To start using FitUp, select the Get Started button. This will take you to our Search Page where you can search for products, issues, etc.





Searching

In FitUp, you can search across all the product, issue, delivery request, and location information that is stored on your project.

1. To begin a search, choose the New Search button.
2. The Short Search List will populate. Choose your criteria and the available options.
3. If there is a criterion you are looking for and do not see, choose the More Search Criteria button to review our extensive list of fields to use for searches.
4. Searches can be saved for later use, using the Save this Search button.

Accessing Visual Fragnet Maps

Visual Fragnets are the project floor plans (maps) used to show the colorization of products, departments, room readiness, issues, etc.
These can be accessed from anywhere in the system where a Visual Fragnet button is seen.

If you complete a search and use the Visual Fragnet button on the search page, the results will reflect your search criteria.



Available Displays: Product Assigned to Department, Installed By, Issue Assigned to Organization, Issue Assigned to User, Issue Status, Percent Installed, Product Quantity, Product Status, Product Type, Room Readiness, Rooms by Department. Reports

FitUp offers a variety of reports for your projects. These can be accessed in several places, including the dashboard and search page. These can be accessed from anywhere in the system where a Reports button is seen.
If you complete a search and use the Reports button on the search page, the completed report will reflect your search criteria.
Reports can be retrieved from our Report Center icon. You can download them to your system or email them from the Report Center.

Creating Issues

During your usage with FitUp, you can document issues with products and spaces on the project. Issues can be created in several places of the application and during any step in your project’s progress.
Issues can be created for products and rooms anywhere these icons are present:

Room Summary

The Room Summary provides a list of all the products, issues, and a checklist for the room selected. You can access the room summary by selecting a space on the Visual Fragnet Map.
Products can be updated individually or through our batch update function.
Click on the product to make updates individually or check the box(es) next to the products and select the Batch Update button.
