Accessing FitUp Using Your Company's Single Sign-On

This article covers the process to login to FitUp using your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) to access FreightTrain. If you are not sure if your company is using this process, please reach out to our Support Team at help@freighttrain.com.

Use the below steps to access FreightTrain using your company's SSO

1. You will still navigate to our URL: https://v4.freighttrain.com. Once the page loads, select the Log In with SSO Account button.





2. The Log In with SSO Account dialog will populate.
3. Select your company's name from the Company dropdown list.
4. Choose the project you need to access from the Project dropdown list.
5. Click on the Continue to SSO button.
Notes
Use the Remember my company selection to have FreightTrain remember the company selection each time you login.




6. You will be taken to your company's login page. Enter your credentials and login.
7. You will then be taken back to your selected Project's FitUp Dashboard. 
Notes
  1. New Users will be created on the project with Read Only access rights.
  2. Following the steps above for existing users, will link the user automatically. 
  3. Houston Methodist existing users will need to be linked manually. To learn how to do this, read our article: Linking Existing Users
InfoTIP: If you are having difficulty logging into FitUp with your SSO account, try clearing your cache and trying again.
